Trichomonas
is a parasite that is spread via sexual intercourse. Symptoms include
a yellowish gray or greenish discharge associated with a fishy odor. Burning,
irritation, redness and swelling of the vulva are possible as well. At
times you many experience burning with urination. If these symptoms are
present, you will need to be seen by a physician or nurse practitioner.
