The security code you see is embedded in a slightly distorted image. Humans can easily see the code (if not too distorted) and type what they see. However, computer programs designed to attack Web sites cannot. This security code is intended to help prevent hackers from bombarding our Web site with false appointment requests.

If the code you see is too distorted, simply type something into the code input area and click Submit. A new image will be generated with perhaps less distortion.
